Horse Racing Rules

The following rules are specific to Horse Racing at All Horse Racing *

Wagers are accepted until post time. If a wager is made after the race has begun, it will not be accepted. We do not assume liability for wagers that are unsuccessfully entered before post time. Only wagers confirmed with a "yes" are accepted, please insure to check the pending wagers screen before logging out to see that your wagers where accepted.

Our Wager types include Win, Place, Show, Daily Doubles, Exactas, Quiniellas, Trifectas, Superfectas, Pick 3, and Pick 4.

Once you confirm a bet online, your wager is considered final, we cannot cancel confirmed wagers.

Rebates:

A rebate of 3% will be paid on all wagers on a daily basis. We will deposit back into your account 3% of your total wagers placed.

From Monday until Sunday by 11:59PM EST we will deposit into your account your 3% rebate for the day. You receive 3% back on your total wagers placed regardless of your performance.

Win or lose, it does not matter, because you always win at All Horse Racing.

There are no minimum weekly volume requirements and there is no maximum on how much you can earn.

No rebate will be given on cancelled wagers or wagers refunded due to a scratch.

3% rebate program only applies to bets placed directly with the horse wagering interface. It does not apply to matchups or other wagers made through the sportsbook login.

Grading and Payout Rules

APK3 and PK4 Grading and Payout Rules

All PK3 and PK4 tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run. There are no automated refunds of PK3 and PK4 ticket parts when any runner scratches. Normally, scratched runners are included with the winning runner IF the post time favorite wins the race.

In the event a scratched entry is not included with a winning post time favorite in the official track results, and the other runners selected for each leg on the ticket are winners, please contact Customer Service and the ticket part will be refunded by Customer Service.

All Horse Racing reserves the right to refund PK3 and PK4 tickets where a scratched runner is selected for a leg of the ticket after the scratch has been posted by the host track, but before the scratch has been entered in the Racebook. If any such refunds are made, Customer Service will notify our client before race time advising of the refund.

Daily Double Grading and Payout Rules

All Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official race results as published by the host track at which the race was run.

Daily Double tickets are automatically refunded where the runner selected in the first leg of a Daily Double is a scratch.

In the event of a scratch in the second leg of the Daily Double, if the host track pays a Consolation Daily Double (picked the winner of the first leg, but the selection for the second leg is scratched), such winning consolation payment should automatically be paid. If no Consolation Daily Double is paid by the host track, then Daily Double tickets selecting the winner of the first leg and a scratch in the second leg will be automatically refunded.

If these refunds and payouts do not occur in accordance with these rules, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
